Course content

Module 1
Construction of chatbots applied to tourism
This module introduces the use of virtual assistants (chatbots) in the tourism sector, from their creation to their integration into omnichannel platforms. Students will learn to build custom chatbots using tools such as ChatBase and Zapier, and to integrate them into websites and mobile applications to improve customer service.
Module 2
Data analysis applied to tourism
In this module, students will learn to use data analysis to improve decision-making in areas such as reservation management, inventory control, and customer experience personalization. Basic statistical techniques, sentiment analysis, and data visualization will be covered.

Meet our instructors

Miguel Angel Martínez
Miguel Angel Martínez

Egresado de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, con profundización en Legaltech, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), y protección de datos. Se ha enfocado en el estudio de la Inteligencia Artificial desde perspectivas éticas, filosóficas y aplicadas. Hábil en programación con Python, Azure y TensorFlow. Desempeñó un papel fundamental en el desarrollo y lanzamiento de proyectos de software ODR para entidades del sector privado liderando el área de planeación financiera. Ha participado en procesos de levantamiento de capital y grants para StartUps. Posee certificaciones en Fundamentos de IA Responsable y Fundamentos en IA Generativa de Microsoft, así como en Gestión Ágil de Proyectos. Actualmente es profesor en el Departamento de Matemáticas de su alma mater, impartiendo cursos de "Matemáticas y Derecho" y en la intensificación de "Inteligencia Artificial y Derecho".
