Course content

Module 1
Construction of chatbots applied to tourism
This module introduces the use of virtual assistants (chatbots) in the tourism sector, from their creation to their integration into omnichannel platforms. Students will learn to build custom chatbots using tools such as ChatBase and Zapier, and to integrate them into websites and mobile applications to improve customer service.
Module 2
Data analysis applied to tourism
In this module, students will learn to use data analysis to improve decision-making in areas such as reservation management, inventory control, and customer experience personalization. Basic statistical techniques, sentiment analysis, and data visualization will be covered.

Meet our instructors

Miguel Angel Martínez
Miguel Angel Martínez

A graduate of the Universidad Externado de Colombia, he has specialized in Legaltech, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), and data protection. He has focused on the study of Artificial Intelligence from ethical, philosophical, and applied perspectives. He is skilled in programming with Python, Azure, and TensorFlow. He played a key role in the development and launch of ODR software projects for private-sector entities, leading the financial planning division. He has participated in capital-raising and grant-acquisition processes for startups. He holds certifications in Responsible AI Fundamentals and Generative AI Fundamentals from Microsoft, as well as in Agile Project Management. He is currently a professor in the Department of Mathematics at his alma mater, teaching courses on "Mathematics and Law" and within the "Artificial Intelligence and Law" specialization track.
